Diversified Landscape Co. started in 1989 as a small landscape maintenance operation catering to residential and small commercial clients. Its founder, Paul Moralez qualified for all necessary licensing and insurance under his name. Subsequently, the company maintained a sole proprietorship status until November 27, 1995, at which time it incorporated to become Diverscape Inc., dba Diversified Landscape Co.
As the economy swayed in the early 90s and work became increasingly competitive, Diversified Landscape Co. shifted into a more challenging niche, yet had more potential for growth. This niche, “Public Sector Construction”, has been one that has proven profitable and has become the prime focus of the company.
Diversified Landscape Co. now operates in a market sector that allows for expansion and growth. It has steadily developed a relationship with many of the local municipalities as well as some of the largest general contractors in the nation. Diversified Landscape Co. has worked as a prime and subcontractor on many projects but has an emphasis on Caltrans projects. Through teamwork, Diversified Landscape Co. has established a reputation unmatched by most of its competitors. Currently employing over a hundred full-time employees and maintaining an expansive heavy equipment fleet ranging from hydroseeder rigs to mulch blowing trucks.
In short, Diversified Landscape Co. has established a reputation within the marketplace which has fostered unlimited growth possibilities. Over the past three decades Diversified Landscape Co. has made a positive impact on the landscape industry and will continue to do so, always striving for excellence.
