Diversified Landscape was founded 1989 by Paul Moralez. It began as a small landscape maintenance company catering to North Orange County and the Western Inland Empire. Upon establishing operations in the Corona area, the company ventured into the private and commercial field of landscape construction within this region. The company pursued work in the Inland Empire and gradually expanded from as far west as Ventura County to the southern most points of San Diego County.

Today, Diversified has a corporate office in Winchester just north of Temecula.  Our current location successfully allows us to cater to all of Southern California.  Our main project emphasis ranges from public works projects to new schools and public facility projects, to vast stretch’s of Cal Trans Freeway landscape projects.

In short, Diversified Landscape Co. has established a reputation within the market place that has allowed us unlimited growth possibilities. Diversified Landscape has made a positive impact on the landscape industry and we will continue to strive for excellence.
