Managerial Staff Biographies

 

Vicki Moralez-President

As President, Vicki, implements the short and long term core goals of the company. She directs the companies policies and implements strategic objectives. Her vision and leadership lends itself to the companies cultural foundation. Her familiarity of construction and knowledge of all aspects of the firms operations, enables her to provide effective leadership. Vicki has been an officer of Diversified for 16 years and has been an integral contributor to the companies success for the last 20 years.

Paul Moralez-Vice President

Paul currently implements Diversified’s action plans by emphasizing team work and establishing accountability. He evaluates the execution strategies of the company and routinely coordinates company objectives with division leaders. He has been actively involved in all company operations for the past 20 years.

Rick Bean-Chief Estimator

Rick has been with the company since 1998. He oversees all of the project estimating and purchasing. Having a strong technical background, Rick also manages our IT development.

Anthony Rodriguez-Project Manager, Inland Empire & San Diego

Anthony has been with the company since the fall of 1996. His responsibilities include managing all of our projects in San Diego, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties.

Jim Angelosanto-Project Manager, Los Angeles & Orange County

Jim has extensive landscape construction experience and has been with Diversified since July of 1999.  Jim currently manages mantenance and construction projects in the Orange and Los Angeles County area.

Lori Ellis-Accounting Manager

Lori is one of the original company employees. She supports all areas of the company with development of accounting systems and tracking of data. Her duties also include the supervision of the company payroll and is the resident expert in all of our accounting software.

Gregg Weed-Erosion Control Manager

Gregg came aboard with over 20 years of erosion control and horticulture experience. His duties encompass all erosion control applications and the daily operations.

Eric Ellis-Purchasing

Eric was brought into purchasing for DLC in 2007. He has 9 years of experience as a superintendent of a graphics and printing facility. Where he was responsible for facilities operations and client relations. His duties included overseeing production, estimating, purchasing of equipment and materials.

Tony Carrillo-Superintendent

Tony joined DLC on July 2, 2007 as a Superintendent for the Orange County/Los Angeles Division. Prior to coming on-board, Tony owned and operated a company that specialized in residential pool and shopping center construction. Additionally, he worked for 13 years for a major landscape contractor, where he was a crew foreman and was later promoted to Superintendent of concrete operations.
